Delivery FAQ

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 CAD for all online orders, which includes both delivery and service fee combined.

Locally, we deliver fresh flowers by hand using our own professional driver, or affiliated Toronto area delivery services. Our delivery fee simply reflects the fair cost of the services we provide. Rather than ‘bury’ or ‘hide’ the costs for delivery in the price of your gift, we’ve separated them out, so you know exactly what you are paying for. We do not ship flowers via courier. Whether you need local delivery or flowers across Canada or elsewhere, your flowers are professionally arranged and locally delivered.

For Toronto & the GTA: We offer same day flower delivery 6 days a week on orders received by 12 noon Eastern time. We are closed on Sunday’s and some holidays, contact us directly as we can make arrangements for delivery on these days

We always make it a priority to fill time-of-day delivery requests. Regular delivery is between 9 am and 5 pm. For express, rush or a guaranteed timed delivery, extra fees will apply. Please email or call to make special arrangements.

We have a large local flower delivery area!

Locally, San Remo Florist delivers flowers across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) including: Oakville, Mississauga: Port Credit, Clarkson, Erin Mills, Lorne Park, Erindale, Meadowvale & Malton, Brampton, Bramalea, Etobicoke, Downsview, Weston, North York, York, Scarborough and East York, plus New Toronto, Mimico, Weston and Leaside; the villages of Long Branch, Swansea and Forest Hill; and Vaughan, Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham and Aurora.

Yes, of course! We offer same day delivery 5 days a week across Canada through our network of affiliated professional florists. We contact superior quality florists in the delivery area, whether it’s Vancouver, Montreal or NYC, and we transmit your order to them through a personalized call. A portion of your order total is allocated to fees and commissions associated with this service.

Please note that this service is only available by contacting us directly. Orders outside the GTA cannot be processed online.

Our $15.00 delivery and service fee covers delivery for the GTA. All other delivery fees for other outside of the GTA, Canada, USA and Europe will be assessed at the time of order.

International deliveries are made to locations outside the United States and Canada. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required for your order. Most international deliveries can be made the next business day when you place your order by 2pm EDT.

  • All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
  • We do not sell your private information to any third party, advertising company or marketing agency.
  • We use your private information strictly for order processing purposes and — only if you give us permission in advance — to send occasional reminders and updates about important occasions such as Christmas or Mother’s Day (about 8-12 per year).
  • If you agree to receive e-mail reminders or updates from us, and then change your mind, you can stop receiving these at any time.
  • We never send out promotional e-mail without first receiving your permission for us to do so.
  • We never store your credit card information on our web server. This information is erased within moments of successful, secure transmission of your data to our order processing systems.
